Top deserts to eat

lets talk about deserts. i want to share most unique and most delicious deserts that i know. we all know chesecake,tiramisu , apple pie, brownies. I was reading this add and it gave me an idea there is so many restaurants in L.A but where what is the best deserts to eat in L.A and which ones are most popular, well most of the signature restaurants has random looking deserts, maybe you never saw them before. but now i present you……

  1. soufflé dessert

soufflé is a French dessert. soufflé is a light baked cake made with egg and beaten egg whites combined with various other ingredients and served as as a dessert. souffle comes from French verb souffler, which means to blow up or puff up. its chocolaty amazing desert .

2. crème brulee

consisting of a rich custard base topped with a contrasting layer of hard caramel. It is normally served cold. The custard base is traditionally flavored with vanilla.  Its like a pudding and its great.

3.Napoleon dessert

Napoleon appears to come from napolitain, the French adjective city of Italy Naples, but it has association with the name of Emperor Napoleon of France.. In France so people call it mille-feuilles in Italy they call it mille foglie. But in America we know it as Napoleon. Its filled with almond flavored paste. It tastes delicious.

4. butterscotch pot de crème

butterscotch is made out of brown sugar, butter, caramel salt etc. meaning “to cut or score” for the word “scotch”, as the confection must be cut into pieces, or “scotched”, before hardening. It almost like a pudding.


Baklava is rich sweet pastry made of layers of filo pasty filled with chopped nuts and sweetened with syrup or honey.  It is characteristic of the cuisines of the former Ottoman Empire. here is strong evidence that it Turkish origin, with its current form being developed in the imperial kitchens of the Topkapi palace.


The macaron is commonly filled with buttercream or jam filling sandwiched between two cookies. Its name is derived from an Italian word “maccarone” or “maccherone”. This word is itself derived from ammaccare, meaning crush or beat, used here in reference to the almond paste, which is the principal ingredient. Its great to eat with coffee or with ice cream.

6. Choux à la Crème : cream puffs

 the dough is mainly common for French deserts, its filled with cream and its crispy outside its good to eat with fruits and jam.
